At the center of the plot is an ordinary American family, father, mother and three children. And neighbors, relatives, friends and pets. This show tells, with a little comedy spirit, about complicated situations and troubles. The actions take place in the 1970s when life was, according to the screen writer, easier and freer. One had not to find the fifth corner for a smoke.
